Gareth- what can I say genuinely a cut above the rest when it comes to service. A few things I wasn’t a fan of (but personal preference) in no way a negative against anything they had served, yet he noticed and would alter things to please. Having had a really rubbish time lately and celebrating my daughters 13th, he made the visit a lot more pleasant. Would definitely return in hope he was my waiter again!

Nice pizza restaurant with the normal gluten free options. Good was good, pizzas are a good size. The only issue we had when we went was that the front door does not shut very well so the cold air/wind kept blowing throughout the restaurant, and their was a large children's birthday party which was very noisy and we couldn't hear ourselves on our table. But at least the kids looked like they were having fun. We will be back again but maybe in the summer and late evening to avoid children and cold weather.

It's a pretty low-key restaurant. But our possibly the best food in England. Italian of course...😂. We've been here twice, about six months apart and out of season. But we were really impressed agin and again. We had no problem getting a seat. The service worked very well. And the food is really great. If you don't like oysters and seafood, which of course kind of begs the question of what the hell you're doing in Whitstable, then you definitely can't miss Zizi...🙂

Food here is fantastic! From the starters to main entree, it was all superb! The staff, especially Antonio provided an excellent service! They also accept Visa (few restaurants in Whitstable accept cards) convenient for visitors with little or no £ on hand. Everyone visiting Whitstable MUST try the food at Zizzi's!!!

Took my wife here tonight to celebrate a few personal wins, and what a lovely meal we had. She opted for the linguine and I had a picante pizza. Excellent service, very reasonably priced. Will be back!

Staff were welcoming and attentive. Our meal was amazing! For the first time ever, I couldn't finish my (prawn and salami) pizza, it was huge. Great value, courtesy of Tesco Clubcard and our server Anna was brilliant! So friendly and professional.

Having been let down by another Italian restaurant we headed to Zizzi's. We were meet at the door by the Manager Gareth, we explained the situation and that we had a Buy a gift voucher that friends had brought us and today was our wedding anniversary. Gareth showed us to a table and set about sorting everything out, unable to download the voucher due to bad Wifi. Gareth then said that our 3-course lunch and wine would be complementary as an anniversary gift. What a lovely generous man. The food was amazing and we were so full we couldn't eat dessert, but he said he would pick a dessert for each of us, with nibbles to eat on the beach as a takeaway. He really did go the extra mile for our anniversary. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful but I can honestly say Gareth went above and beyond and is genuinely a lovely man. I would like to say thank you to Gareth and Zizzi's we will definitely be back for more amazing food and to see all you lovely people.

Good food and great service. The place is vegetarian friendly. We ordered a veggie veggie pizza to share. Half of it was spicy and half was normal. This is a combination pizza and is quite tasty. Staff was cheerful and served us well.
